Granting consent to the MeetingRoomMap service
Before using the MeetingRoomMap admin site or any of the add-ins, an Azure/Office365 Tenant administrator needs to give consent.
Floorplans
Upload floorplans as images to start being able to map locations
Assign editor role
Users and groups can be assigned the editor role to delete floorplan images, remove mapped locations, etc.
MeetingRooms
Assign Exchange meeting rooms to floorplans

Map co-workers to floorplans
Custom locations
Create custom locations and map these to floorplans. Custom locations also form the basis for the Reservations functionality.
Assign ReservationsAdmin role
Users and groups can be assigned the ReservationsAdmin role to be able to view and delete any users reservations
Changing mapping attribute
If mapping users by their office location attribute is not desired, the grouping attribute can be changed. I.e. to ensure all users are mapped individually use ‘email’ attribute.
